MSPRA’s Gold Medallion Award recognizes outstanding programs or projects that advance education through responsible communication. MSPRA’s panel of experts judged the entries on the clarity of concept, good writing and evidence of using the four-step Public Relations process known as RPIE: Research, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation.

In addition, the Communications Team also received a Golden Achievement Award from the National School Public Relations Association for the same project in May 2024.
