BHS Students Excel at DECA District Competition
On Friday, December 7, 2024, Berkley High School hosted a DECA District competition. At this competition 600 students spent the day competing against each other from the surrounding districts in a variety of categories ranging from events in finance, entrepreneurship to marketing and business management. Berkley High School had 18 students compete, of which 13 qualified for the state career development conference this March in Detroit.
DECA is organized around an ambitious goal: to improve education and career opportunities for students interested in careers in marketing, management and entrepreneurship.
