IMPORTANT Information regarding 2024 ACA:
Regarding the 1095-C form, which previously arrived a month or so after your W-2 to report your health insurance coverage: Due to the removal of individual penalties under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the IRS is no longer requiring a 1095-C to complete your taxes.
As a result, the 1095-C form will not be automatically mailed to you. However, if you need a copy, you can request it in one of many ways:
- By calling MESSA’s Member Service Center at 800-336-0013
- By sending a secure message through your MyMESSA member portal account
- Sending email to the Berkley's Benefit Coordinator at laura.cannon@berkleyschools.org
- Sending request via mail to Laura Cannon, 14501 Talbot, Oak Park, MI 48237
